After a long history as the Marketing Director for one of Spokane’s most prominent architectural firms, Terri McRae founded McRae Marketing + Design to provide customized marketing and graphics assistance to architectural, engineering, and construction firms.

Having lived in Spokane my entire life, I offer solid local knowledge and valuable connections with representatives of the AEC industry throughout the region. My approach is to form a collaborative environment with teaming partners to create strategies for effective proposals, interviews, and project pursuits. In addition, I provide my clients with services tailored specifically to the AEC industry, including writing, graphics, website development, research, photography coordination, and event planning.

Terri’s specialties include design-build submittals, comprehensive marketing packaging, and the formulation of client retention action plans.

Beth Pece possesses a unique blend of work experience and a BA in Interior Design from Washington State University. This provides her with a comprehensive understanding of the marketing needs within the AEC industry, making her an invaluable member of the McRae Marketing + Design team.

Beth is known for her highly personal approach to collaborative teamwork, critical thinking, and unwavering commitment to providing the highest level of client service. Her skill set includes strategic business planning, market research, writing and editing, SOQ preparation, interview support, photography coordination, and development of social media strategies tailored specifically to the AEC industry. In addition, she is recognized for her organizational skills and creativity and for being an enjoyable colleague to work with.
